Deposits are refundable as long as the cancellation takes place no less than a week (7 days) prior to the event.  If circumstances arise and you must cancel sometime during the week of the event, we will honor your deposit with a credit.  However,  cancellation 24 hours before the event will result is loss of deposit.   We will provide all instruction for the project and the price includes a moderator and an instructor and set up of your event.  We require 30 minutes to one hour for set up prior to the event start time. Please note: We take certain cover-19 precautions including taking temps of staff members and using extra sanitation processes. We use disposable items as much as possible.
