OPEN TO THE PUBLIC – CLAY POT PAINTING

All art supplies (clay pot, easel, brushes, paints, aprons and table covers) and instruction will be provided. Simply show up!  No artistic abilities required. We will walk you step by step in recreating the above art!

The location of this event is at Medella Vina 4450 S Houghton Rd, Tucson, AZ 85730, under the rented air conditioned ramada.  It starts promptly at 5 pm.  Medella Vina does not allow any outside beverages including water bottles.  There is a complimentary water station and there will be beverages for sale during the happy hour from 5-7 pm.  Feel free to bring your own snacks.

Deposits are refundable as long as the cancellation takes place no less than a week (7 days) prior to the event.  If circumstances arise and you must cancel sometime during the week of the event, we will honor your deposit with a credit.  However,  cancellation 24 hours before the event will result in loss of deposit.   We will provide all the supplies and instruction for the project and the price includes an instructor and set up of your event.  We require 30 minutes to one hour for set up prior to the event start time and 30 minutes after the event for clean up.   Upon request, we can provide tables, chairs, music player and plates, napkins, utensils and platters and drink containers.  Please inform us of you need any of the above. Please note: We have taken certain Covid-19 precautions including taking temps of staff member and using extra sanitation processes. We use disposable items as much as possible. At this time, we will use our discretion when providing a hostess.
