Q- Does Lucky Cat come to your home for your paint parties?
A- Yes! We are fully mobile. We can come to your home and set up on your dining table. We always bring table covers to protect your table. Upon request, we will bring our own tables and chairs and set up anywhere in your home. We can even set up on your back patio or backyard.
Q- What is included in a mobile party?
A- We bring all the supplies to make the project that you have chosen for your party. Supplies include canvases, paints, brushes, water cans, paper towels, easels and aprons for each of your guest. A trained artist instructor walks you step by step in recreating the piece. We even bring a host to set up the party, help serve food and drinks and aid the artist. Check out our about us to read about our instructors and hosts! Of course, we clean up too!
Q- Is there a minimum number of guests that I need to invite? A maximum?
A- For a limited time, we have waived our minimum guest requirements. During COVID-19, we realize that you still want to celebrate special occasions. We are here for you! Parties of 10+ will be considered on a case by case basis. Please consider an outdoor event. We can help with tables and chairs at no extra cost.
Q- I want to book a wine and paint party, but do not want to have to pay for everyone. Can you help?
A- We pride ourselves in making party planning easy! We will set up a custom link that you can share with your friends that has a payment button that each person can register and pay on their own. We can even help you secure a place to hold your painting and wine event. We have partnerships with many other local businesses. Just ask! We love sip and paint parties!
Q- Do you include an invitation with your private parties?
A- Upon request, we can create a custom invitation. This invitation can be texted, emailed or printed .
Q- I want to book a mobile party. What is my next step?
A- Contact michelle@luckycatsocialart.com or call (520)422-2000 with the date and the 2 hour time frame that you would like to book. We have several teams that go out an usually accommodate your date as long as it is 48 hours in advance. We can sometimes still book if it is less than 48 hours, so please call! We will create a custom link for you with all of your party info! We only require a $100 refundable deposit. The deposit is refundable up to a week before the event. If you must cancel 48 hours out from the event, we will give you a credit that you can use to book another party at a later date. We collect the balance after your party once you know how many guests you had attend.
Q- What is your cancellation policy?
A- Deposits are refundable as long as the cancellation takes place no less than a week (7 days) prior to the event. If circumstances arise and you must cancel sometime during the week of the event, we will honor your deposit with a credit. However, cancellation 24 hours before the event will result is loss of deposit.
Q- I met you at a crafting table at a festival ? Are you available for hire for my event?
A- Yes! We love being out not the community and we love to craft! We love using up cycled materials and creating keepsake crafts. Contact michelle@luckycatsocialart.com for fees and availability.
Q- Besides canvas art, what other parties do you facilitate?
A- We have many other projects besides canvas art classes. We offer classes on wineglasses and pallet wood. We also can facilitate any type of "pinterest" party you would like by gathering supplies and teaching the best methods. We have a great vision board class for tween, teens and adults. We teach a bullet journal or "bujo" class. Our Beanie Boo adoption party is a favorite too.
Q- Do you do parties for adults and kids?

Q - I have a gift certificate. How can I use it?
A- You can use your gift certificate towards an in-home party like a baby shower or birthday party or in-office team building or celebration. Occasionally, we have classes that are open to the public. Sign up for our newsletter so that you have all the latest news! Sorry, our gift certificates have no cash value. At the time, we will honor expired gift certificates.
Q - How do I purchase a gift certificate?
A- Our gift certificates come on $25 increments and can be purchase here.
Q- What is your photo release policy?
A- With your registration or payment of deposit, you agree to the below.
That you grant permission to the rights of your image, likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse settings within an unrestricted geographic area. You understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting.There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
With registration or a deposit on a class, you are agreeing to the above. If you wish to not have your photograph taken, please submit your request in writing to michelle@luckycatsocialart.com. You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above photo release and agree to be bound thereby. You hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.
Q - I heard you will be having some online tutorials? Is that true?
A- Yes! We will soon re-launch our website to include an online membership that will give access to our classes! We cannot wait to offer more than just mobile arts and crafts parties to our "lucky cats"!
